Bioeconomy and RAMI
Research Infrastructure at School of Chemical Engineering belong to either Bioeconomy RI or RAMI RI. The Aalto Bioeconomy contains the selected research infrastructures for development of chemicals, fuels, fibre products and materials from renewable biomass utilizing biotechnical, chemical and thermal processing technologies. RAMI RI supports the research on metallurgical and hydrometallurgical processes and inorganic materials.
